Nominations are now open for the

2017/18 Community & Parents for Public Schools (CPPS) Volunteer of the Year Award

TO: Seattle Educators, Community Members, Parents and School Volunteers

Do you know of an outstanding volunteer at your local public school – someone who goes above and beyond to make a difference in a public school child’s life? We want to recognize them!

Nominate an outstanding Parent/Caregiver, Elder/Grandparent or Community Member for the 2017/18 Community & Parents for Public School (CPPS) Volunteer of the Year Award, and help recognize them for their powerful work! Winners will be announced in early March, and recognized at the 2018 CPPS Luncheon on March 16th 11:30 – 1 at the Northwest African American Museum. If you are also interested in going to the luncheon, you can register at cppsofseattle.org/luncheon.

Criteria: Nominees should be parent/caregiver, elder/grandparent or community member who is devoted to improving our public school system by volunteering his or her time, talent, and energy, be it inside or outside the classroom.
